Shop Policy

This shop sells digital products. By placing an order, you are buying access to a link to a digital file or resource.

Digital delivery

After checkout, you will receive an order email containing a unique link for accessing your purchase. Please keep this email and do not share the link.

If you lose your access email, please get in touch through the contact page and we can resend it after confirming your order.

Purchased links are for the customer who bought the product. Please do not share, resell, or redistribute a purchased link, or upload or redistribute any files or resources accessed through it, unless the product description clearly says otherwise.

Purchased links are proxied through our service so that access can be tracked. Using the button on your purchased link to open the product counts as accessing the product.

If a purchased link is not working, it leads to the wrong file or resource, or you have any trouble accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will help.

Refunds

Because these are digital products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you have not accessed the purchased link, refunds will usually be handled with no quibbles. If the link has already been accessed, we will still review the request fairly and try to find a sensible resolution.

Product access

We aim to keep purchased links available. If a product is updated, replaced, or temporarily unavailable, we will do our best to help you access the correct link, file, or resource.
