I'm a debut author with no social media presence. Can you still help me?

Absolutely! In fact, that's a great time to start. Building your brand from scratch means everything can be cohesive from day one. The author branding and launch strategy services are designed to work whether you're established or brand new.

Do you work with all genres?

Yes! Every author is welcome regardless of genre, audience, or where they are in their publishing journey.

How far in advance of my launch should I get in touch?

The earlier the better! A strong launch strategy takes time to plan and execute properly, and getting in touch ahead of your publication date means we can build real anticipation rather than rushing to catch up. If your launch is coming up soon, don't worry, get in touch and we'll work with the timeline you have.

How does payment work?

All work is invoiced via bank transfer, with a 50% deposit required upfront to secure your project. For larger packages such as author branding or launch strategy, a monthly payment plan is available, just get in touch and we can arrange something that works for you.

What happens after I get in touch, and how long will everything take?

After you get in touch Hot Off the Shelf can either send you a briefing questionnaire or we can arrange an initial call. Turnaround times are typically 1-2 weeks, and Hot Off the Shelf are ready to get started as soon as you are!
